Interim Market: Sentosa's Industrial Aesthetic Food Hall
If you’re looking for somewhere interesting and new to check out for the vibes, Sentosa’s Interim Market at southside might just be the spot to be.

Located just across Fort Siloso Sky Walk, Interim Market houses a number of stalls, such as 5 by Sans-Façon (home-style French food), Buns2buns (fusion burgers), Legato (artisanal ice cream and wine bar), Antico Coffee (specialty coffee bar), Junglefowl (cocktails on tap), Glugland (craft beers), and Luckys Diner (collaboration kitchen).
Currently in their soft launch phase, the food hall is only open on weekends (Friday evening to Sunday night) with a limited menu.
Stepping in, it doesn’t feel quite like Singapore, for the sheer fact that the food hall occupies a comparatively huge amount of real estate.

The high ceiling, industrial aesthetic, and unblocked views of the Keppel area is a refreshing change from most dining experiences in Singapore.
You’ll be ushered to your seat, where you’ll order through the QR code on your table.
As mentioned, during their soft launch phase, expect the menu offerings to be very limited.
There’s also a different set menu offered to those who make reservations, as opposed to the walk-in a la carte menu.
We chose a variety of food from several stalls and I enjoyed 5 by Sans-Façon’s offerings the most, especially the Duck Confit Pasta.
The tacos were a strange one, as the tacos shell felt and tasted more like prata than regular soft shell tacos.
I had a sparkling Yuzu drink which was pretty pricey at about $8.
The gelato too isn’t cheap, as our scoop of Sicilian Pistachio was $7.50 and nothing particularly special.
Heads up, if you’re driving— don’t expect prices to be reasonable too (even for Sentosa standards). We parked for about an hour or so and left with a $9 parking charge.
Overall, Interim Market is an amazing place for the vibes, and I love how bright and airy the whole space is.
The ambience at sunset is truly something to behold, especially with the unblocked views of the horizon and Reflections at Keppel Bay condo in the distance.
As a place to hang out and chill, it’s lovely, but they could do with expanding their menu— which to be fair they mentioned they will once the soft launch phase is over.
It’s pricey, yes, but well, it’s Sentosa.
